Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foam (XLPE)
High-performance foams offering exceptional durability and precision. We fabricate and convert:
- PLASTAZOTE® – closed-cell LDPE/HDPE foams, customisable and durable with flame-retardant and anti-static options
- EVAZOTE® – closed-cell EVA foams, ideal for sports, aerospace and medical applications
- SUPAZOTE® – EMA copolymer-based foams for highly specialised needs
These foams come in densities from 15kg/m³ to 120kg/m³ and a variety of colours. They’re commonly used for foam inserts, transit protection, aerospace panels, military-grade packaging and more.
We also offer PALZIV’s PalFoam and GalFoam—cost-effective, versatile alternatives available in block and roll forms.

Non-cross-linked polyethylene foam (PE)
Lightweight and recyclable, this foam is a go-to choice for blocking, bracing, surface protection and packaging. Available in anti-static grades and custom thicknesses, it’s ideal for cost-conscious applications where performance still matters.
We supply industry-leading brands such as:
- Ethafoam® Plank
- Stratocell® Laminated Plank
- Nopa Plank®
- Polylam®
